PRACTICAL GUIDE

Prepare English & Arabic content.

Bilingual report design involves more than translating the interface. Report content, data, page direction, fonts, and output all deserve a separate review.

Bilingual report design involves more than translating the interface. Report content, data, page direction, fonts, and output all deserve a separate review.

Separate interface language from content.

Changing application labels does not translate customer names, database fields, or report text. Decide which fixed report labels need English and Arabic versions.

Choose direction deliberately.

Check right-to-left paragraphs, table alignment, reading order, mixed-language names, dates, numeric values, and identifiers. Keep technical values readable.

Validate fonts and exports.

Make sure the deployment has the required Arabic fonts. Review the actual PDF and editable exports for shaping, alignment, overflow, and page boundaries.

Use representative examples.

Test long Arabic labels, mixed-language values, photos, and repeated table headers. Record any limitations before agreeing customer acceptance.
