Practical answers about AI, data, design, access, installation and support.
AI & data
Can AI run on our own infrastructure?
You can configure an Ollama host on your server or local network. The application must be able to reach it, and the chosen model must suit your hardware. Application hosting and AI hosting are separate choices.
What data is sent to a cloud AI provider?
A cloud AI request sends its included reporting context to your configured provider. Agree which data may be used and review your provider’s terms. This website’s examples do not send report data to AI.
Which data sources can we use?
Configured connectors include Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, Excel, CSV, JSON and REST sources. Drivers, credentials and network access must be validated in your environment.
Design & reports
Can we bring a Figma design into a report?
Supported Figma frames can become a template starting point. Review the imported elements, bind your data and validate the output. Unsupported effects may need adjustment; import is not a promise of full Figma feature parity.
Are the showcase reports connected to customer data?
No. Showcase examples use bundled synthetic data and fictional portraits. They run independently from the application and do not require an application account.
Can reports include charts, tables and profile photos?
The designer supports report components including charts, tables, images and structured layouts. Choose suitable components, map the dataset fields and check the final rendering with representative data.
Access & installation
Can multiple organizations use one installation?
Organizations have separate accounts, report catalogs, managed uploads and configuration within one application service. Platform administrators manage organizations; organization administrators manage their own teams. Infrastructure operators retain control of the server.
Does requesting a trial create an account immediately?
No. Staff review your company request before arranging organization access or on-premises installation. Customer portal access is invite-only.
How do customers install on-premises?
Download only an approved package for your operating system and CPU architecture through the private customer portal. Follow its installation guide, compare the checksum and run the guided setup. An unavailable or unapproved platform is not ready to download.
Licensing & support
Where can I find prices and licensing terms?
Contact sales to agree your deployment, users, support and commercial terms. Trial and purchased licence records are managed in the private customer portal. No standard price or trial duration is promised on this website.
Where do I get help after installation?
Use your private customer portal for support conversations, guides, licence records and approved downloads. For general support enquiries, contact info@reportbuilder360.com.
Who is responsible for backups and updates?
Responsibilities depend on deployment. Your team operates an on-premises installation. For hosted access, agree backup, retention, recovery and update arrangements with the service operator before activation.
