Separate from the application

This site introduces ReportBuilder360. Application login, customer reports, datasets, and permissions are handled on the separate application domain.

Aggregate website measurement

When enabled by the website administrator, the site records daily totals for page views, showcase opens and confirmed trial submissions. These counters store only the UTC date, an allowed page path, event type and count. They do not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers, query strings, cookies or visitor identifiers. They count events rather than unique people or attributable conversion rates. Operational counters are pruned on a 90-day schedule by the portal worker; encrypted recovery archives follow the operator’s backup retention policy. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected. Infrastructure request logs are separate and may be handled by the hosting provider.

Website content

Authorized administrators can publish selected page text and product images through the customer portal. Draft content is not public. Uploaded images are normalized and have embedded image metadata removed before use.

Local interaction

The site includes no advertising scripts or third-party analytics. Gallery filters and the report illustration run in your browser. The contact form sends your name, company email, organization, interest and requirements to the private customer portal for staff review, after you agree to be contacted. Submitting a request does not create an account or grant access. The reporting application is not contacted.

Contact-form security

Requests require a company email address and a short-lived, single-use form token. The service checks the website origin, limits requests, and filters automated submissions using a hidden field. CAPTCHA is not currently enabled. Contact details are visible only to authorized portal staff.

When you choose to contact sales

Your submitted request is stored for review and follow-up by the account team. Access to the customer portal remains invite-only. You may alternatively contact the listed sales address using your email application. Do not include confidential data.

Private customer portal

The invite-only customer portal stores account contacts, encrypted licence records, support conversations and attachments, follow-up notes, installation progress, package downloads and access activity. Your customer account can access only its own records and explicitly shared resources. The support team manages access and records operational changes. Configured SMTP providers process notifications when the operator enables delivery; internal support notes are not sent to customers. Encrypted recovery archives are kept in private storage with a separate recovery key. Contact the operator for access, correction, retention and deletion requests. The portal remains separate from the reporting application and its report data.

Hosting and the final privacy notice

A hosting provider may process connection and request logs. The site operator must confirm applicable retention, contact details, and the final privacy notice before a public launch. This page does not describe the reporting application’s data processing terms.
